Team Donegal OIl getting prepared for The Donegal Atlantic Way Ultra Race!
On Friday 24th June 2016, “ Team Donegal Oil” will join cyclists from all over Ireland, UK and Europe to take on the first edition of the Donegal Atlantic Way Ultra Race and one of the ultimate endurance challenges on the island of Ireland. The Donegal Atlantic Way Ultra Race route follows the Wild Atlantic Way around the rugged and beautiful coastline of Donegal. The route will take us past Malin head, Mamore Gap, Knockalla, Atlantic Drive, Horn Head, Carrickfin, Glengesh Pass, Sliabh League and Barnesmore Gap and we will complete this 550 km challenge within 24 Hours, well within the 60 hour time limit.”
Team Donegal OIl on this challenge is is Barry Mackey, Manus Kelly, Rory Kennedy, Andrew Stewart, Padraig MacGinty, Joe Boyle & Conor O’Dowd. Supported by Arthur McMahon & Michael McGarvey and Charlie McGinley.
